胡彦萍律师的执业领域包括遗产信托和专业人才移民等领域。胡律师在EB-1A/EB-1C的杰出人才/跨国高管移民方面拥有优异的批准纪录，曾协助多位优秀的艺术家、运动员、AI工程师、企业家、医生、教授和学者移民美国。

自1999年加入北京中伦律师事务所参与代理国际经济贸易仲裁案件以来，胡律师已有跨越纽约、日本和中国的二十多年的执业经历。胡律师于2004年起担任全球汽车电子产品厂商日本总部的全职律师（社内弁護士），从事各种商业合同的起草和谈判、对多个商标侵权主体和外观设计侵权主体进行调查和起诉。在此期间，胡律师起草和参与制定了该公司的全球法律合规审查政策以及全球知识产权方针，并对该公司的中国业务的重组和规划提供了法律意见。

自2007年起，胡律师先后在纽约两家知名律师事务所担任律师和电子取证专家，参与了商业诉讼，证监会/司法部调查和国际仲裁案件。2010年至2014年，她在美国司法部和美国国家公路交通安全管理局对一家日本汽车公司加速器质量信息披露的调查中发挥了作用。2014年至2018年，胡律师参与了该日本公司接受美国司法部调查其安全气囊信息披露的案件。2020年至2023年，胡律师还参与了该日本公司接受美国司法部对其海外行为进行的反腐调查。2019年至2023年，胡律师代表一家美国银行管理了在几十个州进行的信托转让业务中当地律师的工作。

胡律师著有《英国的马利华禁令》（《国际商法论丛》2000年第一期第560页），对诉讼担保权益进行了详尽的论述。2002年，胡律师获得凯利法律写作与分析优秀奖(CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing & Analysis)。

Ms. Y. Sarah Hu, a founding member of H&Z, possesses over two decades of legal experience specializing in estate and trust and professional immigration matters, with a particular focus on New York, Japan, and China. Her expertise extends to handling immigrant petitions for individuals with extraordinary abilities in various fields such as art, sports, AI engineering, business, medicine, and academia (EB-1A), immigrant petitions for outstanding professors and researchers (EB-1B), as well as nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions for transnational executives/managers and professionals (EB-1C, L-1A and L-1B).

Ms. Hu began her legal career specializing in commercial arbitrations in Beijing. From 2004 to 2007, she served as in-house counsel for one of the world’s largest car audio and electronics companies in Japan. During this time, she provided counsel on commercial contracts, conducted trademark and design investigations and prosecutions, contributed to the development of the client’s global compliance policy and intellectual property guidelines, and played a crucial role in advising the company's business reorganization efforts in China.

Ms. Hu has been engaged in commercial litigation, SEC/DOJ investigations, and commercial arbitration as a discovery attorney with two prominent firms in New York since 2007. From 2010 and 2023, she actively participated in discovery and production in connection with the representation of one of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers in DOJ/SEC investigations concerning accelerators, airbags and overseas business practices. Between 2019 and 2023, Ms. Hu supervised billing and monitored daily progress of local counsel in forty states for trust transfers on behalf of a major U.S. bank. Ms. Hu entered the field of business immigration law in 2002. In 2014, she established H&Z, a business law firm representing clients across industries.

Ms. Hu holds an LL.B. Degree in international business law and an LL.M. degree in corporate and investment law from the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing, China. In 2002, she received her LL.M. with honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing & Analysis. Ms. Hu’s article, The Mareva Injunction, was published in International Commercial Law Review, Vo. 1 p. 560, in 2000.

Ms. Hu speaks fluent English, Japanese, and Chinese (Mandarin), is a member of the Bars of the State of New York and the People’s Republic of China, and is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS).

张律师曾在北京国际版权交易中心担任法律部主管，参与设计和构建了多个著作权交易项目，并为著作权确权、著作权融资以及数字版权管理提供法律意见。在担任Schmitt Zur Hohe & Ferrante律师事务所北京办公室高级知识产权律师期间，张律师为多家著名跨国公司，包括瑞士军刀、雀巢、范思哲、Coach、Speedo等品牌的权利人公司提供知识产权整体保护策略、开展知识产权侵权调查、办理商标、著作权侵权、域名争议以及反不正当竞争案件。

近五年来，张安泽律师主要专注于外商赴美投资的相关法律服务，特别在投资移民、跨国企业高管移民的业务上颇有成绩。在投融资领域，张律师曾对不同行业的融资方提供法律意见，协助融资方设计公司架构、制作具有可操作性并符合法律规定的商业计划书、并对项目进行法律风险评估。同时，针对美国政府对境外资金来源日趋严苛的审查，张律师根据美国反洗钱法律的要求，对来自不同行业的资金进行尽职调查，梳理及明确资金来源，以满足资金来源合法的要求。

Mr. Anze Zhang is a founding member of H&Z. Mr. Zhang has practiced law in both the United States and China. He has solid experience in the areas of intellectual property law, corporate law and commercial law.

In the early years of his career, Mr. Zhang was the legal counsel with Beijing International Copyright Exchange Center Inc. As one of the newest and most innovative industries in China, Mr. Zhang successfully designed and implemented various copyright platforms, ranging from copyright financing, copyright title authentication to digital rights distribution. Particularly, he provided extensive legal advice on China’s first copyright insurance program with Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd.

As the senior intellectual property counsel in Schmitt Zur Hohe & Ferrante’s Beijing office, Mr. Zhang represented many major brand owners and corporate giants, such as Victorinox, Nestlē, Versace, Coach and Speedo, across contentious and non-contentious intellectual property issues. He offered a large number of strategic commercial solutions to solve clients’ most significant challenges running the gamut from trademark, copyright, domain name and unfair competition.

In recent years, Mr. Zhang has shifted his focus to providing legal help to foreign entrepreneurs doing business in the U.S. Through the L-1A and EB-5 program, he assisted companies from different industries in planning their business, developing organizational structure, as well as optimizing and making credible business plans to meet their financing needs. Mr. Zhang also provided high quality advice on investors’ targeted projects with identified legal and financial risks. In the past few years, he successfully represented hundreds of individual investors to formulate investment strategy while obtaining green cards in this dynamic and constantly evolving field.

Mr. Zhang received his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Durham University School of Law in England, and obtained his Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. 万楠茜律师是美国东海岸最成功的房地产交易律师之一，是H&Z合伙人和弗吉尼亚分所的负责人，主管H&Z的房地产法部门。万律师以其熟练的谈判技巧和精确的分析能力帮助当事人寻找商铺、酒店、餐馆等商业项目的买卖和租赁、完成购物中心的投资、以及达成家庭自住房和投资房的买卖。万律师曾成功谈判和成交了多笔数亿美元的商业及民用房地产买卖与租赁。

在长达20年跨越中美两国的律师执业生涯中，万律师曾代理客户办理多起公司法、国际并购、移民和中美投资案件。万律师曾在位于美国弗吉尼亚州州府的Sands Anderson Marks & Miller律师事务所执业六年，专门代理劳工保险法案件，此后在美国联邦检察官办公室任职三年，担任财产征收法专家。万律师自2009年起专门从事商业移民法和房地产法领域的法律服务。

1997年，万律师凭全额奖学金完成了美国缅因大学法学院的学业，并以优秀毕业生的资格获得法学博士学位。自2012年起，万律师担任美国华裔联合会弗州分会的募款事务主席。

Ms. Nancy Wan is one of the best real estate transaction lawyers on the East Coast of the United States. She chairs H&Z’s real estate and investment practice in H&Z’s branch office in Virginia. Ms. Wan has negotiated and closed transactions amounting to multi-million dollars for commercial and residential property sales/purchases and leases.

Over two decades of legal practice in the United States and China, Ms. Wan has advised clients on corporate transactions, cross-border mergers/acquisitions, immigration, and investment in China and USA. Ms. Wan had practiced worker’s compensation law at Sands Anderson Marks & Miller for 6 years and then worked as an asset forfeiture specialist in the United States Attorney’s Office for 3 years. Since 2009, Ms. Wan’s legal practice has focused on business immigration and real estate laws.

Ms. Wan holds a B.A. degree in the English Language and Literature and LL.M. degree in International Economic Law from Shanghai Maritime University. Ms. Wan received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maine School of Law in 1997, graduating with Dean’s List honors and a full tuition scholarship award.

Ms. Wan speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese. She is a member of the Bars of the State of New York, the State of Virginia, and the People’s Republic of China. Ms. Wan has served as Fund-raising Chairwoman of the Organization of Chinese Americans since 2012. Ms. Wan is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Virginia.
